Join us in welcoming Lizeth Duarte to Midway! Mrs. Duarte joins us as a special education assistant. Mrs. Duarte started her journey in education in Bogota, Columbia where she obtained her teaching degree. She spent two years in Columbia working with special needs students before moving to the United States where she has spent many years working with special needs students.
Most recently, Mrs. Duarte spent time working with students as they transition from high school to adult life, promoting necessary life skills, world readiness, and work abilities.
