February is CTE Month!
Mr. Hill teaches classes in our Welding pathway! This is a BRAND new program at RHS. He has been receiving new equipment to set up the shop!

RHS Library has new books on the shelves!



BioSTEM 2 and MEPS visited Protomet, Sauter Timber, and Roane County Solid Waste.




Aaron attended CTSO on the Hill in Nashville with HOSA. He met with Senator Yager, Rep Fritts, and TnDOE Chief Academic Officer Kristy L. Brown to discuss the impact of CTE and share his experience working in our school cafe, highlighting how work-based learning provides hands-on opportunities. He also advocated for CTE directors across TN to support individualized pathways that help students achieve their career goals.
RCS CTE Director Cindy Lockett stated "Aaron has been an incredible ambassador for Rockwood and Roane County this week in Nashville! A very proud few days!"
